  • you are a sponsor or a vetting subject with an ongoing application for clearance
  • you have already created an account to submit a Change of Personal Circumstances (CPC) form or a Security Appraisal Form (SAF)

Contact the UKSV Helpdesk at uksv-helpdesk@cabinetoffice.gov.uk and include your reference number and sponsor ID. The UKSV Helpdesk is available from Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 16:00 and Friday between 09:00 and 12:00.

Staying secure online

National Security Vetting (NSV) reminds all users to ensure that devices are up to date when connecting to the NSVS portal. This includes using the latest version of your internet browser such as Chrome or Edge, antivirus or similar security, and the latest security updates applied.
